إخلاء مسؤولية

لا تضمن متجر مويا ستور جودة تلك المركبات، كما لا تضمن جودة مقدمي الخدمات المستقلين أو ملاءمتهم أو سلامتهم أو قدرتهم.

2.1 الأضرار الغير مباشرة:

لن تكون متجر مويا ستور مسؤولة عن الأضرار غير المباشرة أو العرضية أو الخاصة أو التحذيرية أو الجزائية أو التبعية، بما في ذلك خسارة الأرباح أو فقدان البيانات أو الإصابة الشخصية أو الضرر اللاحق بالممتلكات المرتبط أو الناجم بأي صورة عن استخدام الخدمات، حتى وإن أُبلغت متجر مويا ستور باحتمالية حدوث تلك الأضرار.

2.2 المسؤولية عن الاستخدام والعلاقات التجارية:

لن تكون متجر مويا ستور مسؤولة عن أي أضرار أو مسؤوليات أو خسائر ناتجة عن:
استخدام المستخدم للخدمات أو اعتماده عليها أو عدم قدرته على الوصول إلى الخدمات أو استخدامها.
أي معاملة تجارية أو علاقة بين المستخدم و أي مقدم خدمات مستقل، حتى وإن تم إبلاغ متجر مويا ستور باحتمالية حدوث تلك الأضرار.

2.3 التأخير والإخلال بالأداء:

لن تكون متجر مويا ستور مسؤولة عن التأخير أو الإخلال بالأداء الناتج عن أسباب تقع خارج سيطرة متجر مويا ستور المعقولة.3 طلب وجدولة الخدمات والتعويض:
يُسمح للمستخدم باستخدام خدمات متجر مويا ستور لطلب وجدولة خدمات التوصيل أو النقل أو تقديم البضائع أو الخدمات اللوجستية من خلال مقدمي خدمات مستقلين. ومع ذلك، يوافق المستخدم على عدم تحمل متجر مويا ستور لأي مسؤولية أو التزام تجاهه بخصوص أي من خدمات التوصيل أو النقل أو تقديم البضائع أو الخدمات اللوجستية المقدمة له بواسطة مقدمي الخدمات المستقلين.
يوافق المستخدم على تعويض وإبراء ذمة متجر مويا ستور ومسؤوليها ومديريها وموظفيها ووكلائها عن جميع المطالبات والمطالب والخسائر والمسؤوليات والنفقات (بما فيها أتعاب المحاماة) التي تنشأ عن أو فيما يتعلق بما يلي:
